I covered the 2014 flood conditions in Birtle and Waywayseecappo First Nation with CJOB's Sean Leslie. This picture shows a crew walking across a failing embankment. Water has accumulated to a depth of 100' and flags mark where the berm has weakened because of the massive pressure.
